Antica Forneria Napoletana has chosen to focus on one signature product: Le Apolline (also known as “code d’aragosta” or “lobster tails”), a classic Neapolitan pastry that, despite its incredible flavor, crispness, and elegance, has never fully received the spotlight it deserves.
AFN believes in the Apolline because they are made by expert pastry chefs who combine a deep love for Neapolitan tradition with the skill of true artisanal craftsmanship. Beautiful to look at, delicious to taste, and perfectly baked. To miss out on trying them would be a real shame!
