The power of AFN
Antica Forneria Napoletana has only one flagship product: apollines (or lobster tails), a traditional Neapolitan dessert that has never been exploited to the fullest despite its characteristics of taste, crispness, and elegance, which are difficult to find in other traditional products.
AFN focuses on apollines because they are made by expert pastry chefs who combine a passion for Neapolitan pastry with the wisdom of artisanal preparation. Beautiful, good, engaging and harmoniously baked. Not trying them right away is a shame!
